Grant applicants are strongly encouraged to carefully review the following information.

Grant Applications Must Address One of these Areas

  1. Community Service
    For example literacy, environmental protection and enhancement, health improvement, concern for the aging, hunger, children and families, youth leadership and training, emphasis on self-help, or enhancing human/social development.
  2. Vocational Service
    For example increasing employment opportunities, promoting fair work place environment, or awareness of and preparation for all useful occupations.
  3. International Service
    For example, promoting further understanding and friendly relations with other countries and cultures.


The application must include the following items:
  • Common Grant Application Cover Sheet (Part A)
  • Letter of Intent [no more than three (3) pages in length]
  • Project Budget Form
  • The organization's actual income and expense statement for the past fiscal year identifying the organization's principle sources of support
  • The organization's projected income and expense budget and income and expense statement for the current fiscal year identifying projected and actual revenue sources

Additional Attachments

  • One copy of the organization's most recent audited or reviewed financial statement.
  • One copy of the organization's IRS federal tax exemption determination letter.
